Greenmount

Communicating the scale and sophistication of Greenmount required a careful balance between bold architectural vision and grounded connection to place. With two distinct towers designed to echo the contours of the coastline, our task was to convey a sense of calm and exclusivity despite the project’s larger footprint.

Visualisations focused on the flow between curved forms, premium interior finishes, and the open-air living that defines this part of the Gold Coast. The result is a portrayal of relaxed beachfront luxury that feels both timeless and deeply rooted in its surroundings.

Positioned at the meeting point of Marine Parade and Hill Street, Greenmount is set directly on Coolangatta’s pristine beachfront. With direct access to Greenmount Beach and views spanning from Snapper Rocks to Surfers Paradise, the development responds organically to its surroundings.

Greenmount comprises 61 luxury residences across two 14-storey towers, offering a mix of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom layouts, including a limited collection of full-floor sub-penthouses and exclusive penthouses. All residences are designed around expansive balconies that act as true outdoor living rooms, maximising views, light, and natural ventilation. Interiors feature premium materials, generous open-plan layouts, and a refined coastal palette.

While generous in scale, the development retains a boutique character through thoughtful design, low density, and a focus on privacy, lifestyle, and uninterrupted connection to the ocean.

Black and white strips architecture down to its essence - light, shadow, form, rhythm. Without the distraction of color, space becomes sculpture, and the built environment reveals its emotional weight.
